Company name as AWS-Technik GmbH
AWS-Technik eK will merge into the newly founded AWS-Technik GmbH on January 1, 2025.
Due to the positive personnel expansion of the company, AWS-Technik eK was merged into AWS-Technik GmbH on January 1, 2025. As part of the name change, a new location was also moved to in order to accommodate personnel development.
Research project ASTOR
A project in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the Rheinische Fachschule Köln and Stausberg & Vosding GmbH
ASTOR is a research project to automate solar thermochemical cycle processes to reduce hydrogen production costs. A thermally operated solar reactor for the production of hydrogen from solar energy and water is being developed. AWS-Technik accompanies the project in terms of maximizing overall efficiency through heat recovery and the development of optimized heat exchangers.The project is funded by the EuroEuropean Union in the NRW Hydrogen HyWay climate protection competition funded by the LeitmarktAgentur.NRW.
